NSWE now offers a variety of “Managed Services”. What are “Managed Services”? “Managed Services” are the actions taken by NSWE on your behalf to stay ahead of system performance issues and hardware or software problems. This can be done by monitoring different aspects of the computers and servers you use. NSWE can in most cases detect troubles BEFORE your system goes down. This gives you the opportunity to either perform the action or for us to fix the issue. This can be scheduled for a time that works to your advantage and not when you are the busiest and can least afford to take that action.

NSWE will monitor your severs and PCs and provide reporting on a monthly basis. This will include things such as the disk space at the beginning and then the end of the month. We will report on disk quotas and notify you when someone is close to or exceeds their limit. We report on any potential problems so they can be addressed before they become a problem, such as your hard drive is about to fail or is running out of disk space. There are other reports we can customize for you as well as contractually alter reporting periods.

 NSWE will verify that updates have been done on each PC and each server and either perform the update or notify you based on your agreement. NSWE will verify that your antivirus definitions are up to date and either perform the update or notify you based on your agreement. NSWE will run spyware and malware tools on each server and PC and either perform the clean up or notify you based on your agreement.

 In addition NSWE can also come on site and do a physical cleaning of the interior as well as the exterior of your equipment.

NSWE can set this up for you without any additional hardware being provided by you. There is a one (1) time set up fee of $500.00 per location. Then based upon the equipment being used, the following services can be offered and are priced per machine.
